Afternoon: Snow Canyon Park intro to the National Parks hike, evening orientation & lecture.

Day 2 (Mo): Bryce National Park

Bryce National Park (approximately 2hr 45 min drive) Bryce Canyon’s vibrant pink cliffs and thousands of delicately carved spires create a breathtaking landscape shaped by millions of years of natural forces. As you reach the rim, the canyon colors come alive—especially at sunrise and sunset. Visitors can explore a 37‑mile scenic drive featuring iconic viewpoints such as Sunrise, Sunset, Rainbow, Yovimpa, and Inspiration Points.

Optional Evening Astronomy Adventure: Have you ever seen the rings of Saturn or the bands of Jupiter and its moons? On our evening astronomy adventure now, you will have that chance. Led by local university astronomers you will learn about our solar system then head out to a secluded desert spot far from the city lights where we peer through high-powered telescopes searching out the wonders of our solar system and the galaxy!

Day 3 (Tu): Zion National Park

Zion National Park Canyon Rim Jeep Safari: Experience Zion beyond the pavement on our private Jeep adventure, uncovering hidden viewpoints, stunning panoramas, and ancient Native American rock art. We take the road less traveled to showcase southern Utah’s untouched treasures—from historic ghost towns to wildlife in its natural habitat—all while escaping the crowds of Zion’s Scenic Canyon Drive.

Day 4 (We): Grand Canyon National Park North Rim, evening Moonlight & Star Hike:

Grand Canyon (approximately 2hr 45 min drive) The Grand Canyon’s North Rim offers a breathtaking panorama of vermillion cliffs, deep gorges, and timeless rock formations—one of the world’s true natural wonders. Far less crowded than the South Rim, it sits 1,000–1,500 feet higher and provides unforgettable views from easily accessible points like Cape Royal, Point Imperial, and Bright Angel Point, home to the historic Grand Canyon Lodge and Visitor Center.

Another successful experience

Our experience was unique in that we were able to tour a lot of territory and a variety of places with minimal inconvenience. The fact that our boat was always with us and there were no long bus rides or waits made this mode of travel extremely enjoyable.
